入住守則
．進房時間：下午 4:00 － 下午11:59
．退房時間：每日中午10點之前。
＊ 退房時請傳訊息告知我們一聲。
．大樓與客房內及陽台全面禁菸！
（包括室內、陽台、走廊、旅館前門口及巷弄！經由鄰居檢舉，需自行承擔責任。）
同時 為尊重其他住客權益，請勿於室內吸煙！
（如違規造成火災或傢俱吸附菸味而損失，依照價賠償）
．房內有提供廚房、微波爐、熱水壺，可以用來煮輕食，請不要大火快炒！房間內容易吸附油煙。
．請勿穿著外出鞋在室內踩踏。
（為避免木板刮傷、損壞）
．如月經、嘔吐物、飲料翻倒、其他污漬不小心沾到床單、傢俱⋯等，請馬上跟我們說，避免清洗不掉需整套報廢。（報廢重購需另收取費用）
．垃圾落實分類（破碎玻璃請好好包裝）日本分類較嚴格，
未確實分類會將垃圾退回，房務員需徒手翻垃圾整理，再麻煩大家愛護與配合。
．請勿對馬桶丟棄衛生紙以外的用品，例如：食物、衛生棉…
（如發生上述情形造成馬桶損壞與堵塞，須將賠償30,000¥維修費用，因此 請愛惜使用與配合。）
．節約能源！外出前請隨手關閉電源。
（每天早上房內會定時關閉空調電源，請不要擔心）
．日本住宿需維持社區安寧，
請勿於入住期間在房內開派對或大聲喧鬧，避免影響其他住戶。晚上9:00過後請放低音量。
．房內有提供 WIFI 機，請不要把插頭取下，影響整棟房客！
．請不要從樓上往樓下拋垃圾，警察會直接跟你問候。（ 通常鄰居會直接通報 ）
也不要在旅館門外、周遭亂丟垃圾！
．如房內用品有惡意損壞之行為、物品遺失⋯等，經確認如屬實，需負擔法律責任並賠償營業損失。
．入住後，請將房卡、鑰匙妥善保管，如發生遺失…等情形，需賠償（ 4,500￥/一般房型；31,500￥/一戶建）遺失費用與製作新鑰匙費用。
＊不要懷疑！日本的鄰居就是這麼閒，所以有違反環境整潔或是安靜程度的話，通常都會直接找警察上門關心問候。

④その他旅館が必要と認める事項

．客室内及は全面禁止！
（客室内、ベランダ、廊下、道路⋯とか、
他の居住者の権利と利益を尊重します。室内での喫煙はご遠慮ください。)
（喫煙による火災があり、家屋の損壊等の損害賠償が可能です。）
．キッチン、電子レンジ、電気ケトルお提供し、軽食の料理にとても便利で、強火をしなでください！室内は油煙になりやすい。
．土足禁止！（床は傷つかないように遠慮してください）
．月経、嘔吐、アルコールをこぼした等の場合は、シーツ、枕カバー、布団カバー、ソファ、ラグ、家具等が汚れなってなら、直接にスタッフに連絡してお願いします、もし 汚れはとりにくい場合は料金をかかるのが可能でございます。 （新しい購入が必要から、ご遠慮ください）
．ゴミちゃんと分けてください
(燃えゴミ、紙、ガラス、ペットボトル、アルミ缶かん)
＊粗大ゴミは捨てる不可！
（例えば：旅行箱とか）旅館の内外で捨てったなら、日本の有料粗大ごみ処理券が請求されます。
．省エネ！外出する前に、電源を切ってください。
（エアコンの電源はタイムスイッチを設置があるので毎朝切っております。）
・他の宿泊客様が迷惑を掛けるのことはやめてください！（夜9時になると小さい声でお願いします。）
．部屋中は WIFI があります。スイッチを抜かないでください。宿泊中のお客様に影響します。
．上から下にゴミは捨っないでください！
．室内家具の悪質な破損とか、物品の紛失等がありとか、事実であることが確認された場合は、法的責任を負い、営業上の損失を賠償しなければなりません。

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building, guest rooms, and balconies, including indoors, balconies, corridors, hotel front entrance, and nearby alleys. Responsibility must be borne for any reports from neighbors.)
At the same time, in order to respect the rights of other guests, smoking is not allowed indoors. If a violation causes fire or furniture damage due to tobacco odor, compensation will be charged accordingly.
There is a kitchen, microwave, and electric kettle provided in the room for light cooking. Please avoid using high heat to stir-fry as the room is susceptible to cooking oil fumes.
Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the room to prevent scratching or damaging the wooden floor.
If there are any accidental stains on the bedsheet or furniture caused by menstrual blood, vomit, spilled drinks, or other substances, please inform us immediately to prevent the need for the entire set to be discarded. Additional fees may apply for replacement.
Please sort the garbage properly and pack broken glass carefully as Japan has strict waste sorting regulations. Improperly sorted garbage will be returned and our housekeeping staff will need to sort it manually. Thank you for your cooperation and care.
Please conserve energy and turn off all electronic devices before leaving the room. (The air conditioning will be turned off at a certain time in the morning, so no need to worry about that.)
Please maintain a peaceful community environment during your stay and refrain from hosting parties or making loud noises in the room that may disturb other guests. Please keep noise levels down after 9:00 pm.
Wi-Fi is available in the room, please do not unplug the router as it will affect other guests in the building.
Please do not throw garbage from the upper floor to the lower floor as it is illegal and may result in police involvement. Do not litter outside the hotel or in the surrounding areas.
Any malicious damage to room items or lost items will result in legal responsibility and compensation for business losses once confirmed.
Please note that Japanese neighbors tend to be sensitive about cleanliness and noise levels, and may involve the police if necessary.
